Coaching and Delegating to Multiply Ministry

Multiplication of ministry through delegation to staff or to church members is a significant challenge for most church leaders. This course helps you to consider what might be delegated and how we might delegate well within our Christian context.

This course works in two parts.

• Firstly we will consider what it means to support people well as they take on tasks in ministry. Participants will leave with skills in working with Christians one to one.
• In the second morning we will examine effective delegation of ministry tasks and develop a plan to delegate at least one ministry task

Peter Mayrick leads Partners in Ministry – an Australian company established to support and equip Church Leaders as they lead their churches in Christ’s mission. For 10 years, Peter has been walking beside church leaders and providing training to leaders and their teams.
